Shipping

Where do we ship?

Jewellery & Accessories we ship worldwide!

Cosmetics we currently ship to Australia & New Zealand only.

Please make note of this on checkout. If you are outside Australia/New Zealand and select Cosmetics to send to an international address, we will reverse the transaction & refund you. 

 

Order Processing 

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. In most cases, orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be shipped out on the following business day day.

Example: all orders placed on Friday after 12pm (AEST) will be shipped out on Monday. 

Before your order is shipped out, we make sure that everything is carefully & securely packed so it arrives to you in pristine condition. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We use Australia Post for all our parcels.

Australia 

Standard Postage - $10 

Delivery estimate - 3-10 business days

Includes tracking & extra cover for loss or damage

 

Express Postage - $12 

Delivery estimate - 1-3 business days

Includes tracking & extra cover for loss or damage

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Orders shipped to WA and regional areas may take longer. These time frames exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

International 

Please follow the prompts at checkout to view if we ship to your country. Cosmetics/Beauty products can be shipped to Australia/NZ only.

International Postage Rates:

New Zealand $22.70

USA/Canada $26.09

Asia $26.22

Europe $32.32

South America $26.15

Delivery Estimate - 5-25 business days, dependant on city.

Includes tracking where possible, dependant on city.

Track your order

Once your has been processed, packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to use via Australia Post.

You can track your shipping status any time on Australia Post website. 

 

Lost or damaged orders in transit?

We personally check all orders are in good condition before being packaged and make sure they are packed securely on shipment. 

We are unable to personally provide a refund for products damaged or lost in transit by Australia Post.

Each Australian order includes Extra Cover, which means should your order arrive damaged you will be able to take the product, packaging & shipping slip into an Australia Post Office and file a claim. 

**Please ensure you do not use or swatch the cosmetics before filing a claim, as they may deem the product has been used** 

For missing parcels, you can also head to Australia Post and file a claim to get your money back. 

Claims can take up to 10 days to process, but you will receive your money back (excluding shipping). 

 

Jewellery Returns/Faulty items

For any jewellery returns, please email info@crystalminx.com within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Please detail the issue in writing and include a photo of the damage or fault. We will deal with this issue in a timely manner.

Any return postage costs associated with returns will not be covered by Crystal Minx. 

In most cases, we will send out a replacement once we have received the faulty item back.
